The brand-new room was spacious and offered a stunning panoramic city view, equipped with essential amenities like storage, blackout curtains, and an iron with an ironing board, making it very convenient for guests....  

Excellent structure. Rooms are confortable and well furnished, with minibar and wi-fi connection; internet wi-fi could have been a little better, but I didn't experience specific problems. Breakfast was good and various,...

Poor breakfast Rather far froom historical center and shopping streets, at least 30 minutes on foot or 5 euro on taxi Awful wifi in room, constant disconnection! The hotel is 100% non-smoking, we had to go outside to smoke.

I had a great three-night stay, I'm happy with my choice, enjoyed a nice dinner at a restaurant, and found useful amenities like storage, iron, and ironing board provided.

It's interior is superb, clean, futuristic and in clear black and white. Liked the way front desk people helped me and they are quite charming and in smile and easy. Excellent location and you are connected to all...

Clean, convenient and close to the Metro

I was quite disappointed in breakfast options, especially the coffee, it tasted horrible.

The room here is well-equipped and brand-new with a modern decor, the bed is very clean, and the service is exceptional.

The staff was very knowledgeable. the place was impeccably clean. - I had the queen room which was good sized and brand-new. - the breakfast was complimentary with very nice ingredients. - the erratic coffee machine, for instance, was perfect to start my day.

The location was close to a metro stop and only about 15 minutes from the airport, making a quick overnight stay in Lisbon convenient. With the close proximity to the metro, we were able to take in sights in Lisbon as well. I liked the security of having to use your hotel key to use the elevator.

The air conditioner didn't work. We got back to our room late- and had already unpacked to get ready for our flight early the next morning. It took a lot to get moved to another room that had air conditioning.

Superb cleaning service. * Facility - Quality furniture, especially bedding (couldn't be better), everything is really new and clean. * Location - really convenient if looking to see Lisbon city central (Metro: Campo Pequeno station by metro/bus - 10/15 min) as well as outside of Lisbon (eg: Sintra - great train station connection: Entre Campos). Easy to get to the airport (Aerobus (airport link) number 1, 3.5 euro one way) * Competitive price - comparing to the quality, the price was very reasonable. * Breakfast - almost 5 star hotel quality. variety of hot & continental breakfasts Quality & service is 5-star equivalent. Absolutely returning to this hotel next time.

There were a few ants going around - it did not cause us any trouble. This hotel does not have scale yet - however, the Lisbon airport has free scales available.

During my recent stay at Hotel 3K, I was pleasantly surprised by the great location. The metro station was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in had a unique design and made excellent use of space, making it feel much larger than it actually was. The amenities provided were top-notch, especially the delicious breakfast that had a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. My favorite part was the indoor private parking available, giving me peace of mind knowing my car was safe. I highly recommend Hotel 3K for an enjoyable and comfortable stay in Lisbon.

breakfast - if you come a little bit later for breakfast, choice of food really poor and juices are mixed with water - is not acceptable for 4 stars hotel!
